One of the most common questions that I get nowadays is this about The Law Of Attraction and Positive Thinking:
“I don’t understand how you always can be so happy and positive, how do you do that?”
The true and honest answer to this question is, that I’m NOT always happy and positive.
I experience from time to time the same trials like you and every other human being does. That is included when being a human on Earth.
I feel frightened, abandoned, sad or angry…
I get ill…
“Bad” things happen to me…
And I cry when I need to…
It’s NOT healthy to oppress and neglect “negative” feelings - neither is it healthy to dwell and stay in such an uncomfortable mood, letting them rule and master your life.
There was a period in my life when I was permeated with negativity. I thought that life had treated me unfair and given me too much of disaster, illness, poverty, betrayal and so on… I even experienced deep hatred towards certain persons that treated me bad and I wanted revenge.
By time, most of these painful emotions were oppressed, because they hurt to much - and I did not know how to deal with them.
The negativity was like a poison in my soul and in my body and I became seriously ill. During this period of my life, I had to face my hardest life lesson so far and eventually it taught me a lot.
Slowly I understood, with help from Bartholomew, my Spiritual Guide Of Light, that I needed to transform my mind step by step from within. If I wanted to change my life’s circumstances I had to begin with my own mind.
This is not done over night because the mind operates automatically in a habitual way. You know how difficult it is to change a bad habit, don’t you? It’s well known that it takes about a month of daily commitment to change a habit. And if you skip just one day during this time, you have to start all over again, beginning from day one!
The same applies to The Law Of Attraction and Positive Thinking. You need commitment and daily practice if you want to master The Law Of Attraction by Positive Thinking.
Slowly and patiently Bartholomew took me trough a complete transformation by leading me through 12 levels of my mind. He revealed to me only one level at the time, that should be practiced during seven days in a row before I was allowed to move on to the next.
Knowing a lot about how your mind works is not enough. You need to Do it!
I have practiced this 12 level formula now for a couple of years and it has become a habitual way of being.
This does not mean that I don’t face trials like you and other people.
Now, however, I have access to an amazing mind-tool that I use whenever I need it, which transforms my mind within a few minutes. I can feel sadness, anger, fear…. I can cry and scream! But I don’t stay and dwell in such moods any longer.
Never ever again do I let negative emotions and thoughts rule my life. The price was to high and the benefit I get, making the effort to transform my mind, is enormous.
I’m now very much aware whenever any negativity arises. I do not oppress it anymore, but transform it directly. This is the most important skill to master when you want to benefit from The Law Of Attraction.

Hi - I like the ideas you’ve mentioned here - goals, focus, visualizations, commitment… I think that the Law of Attraction can be almost anything you want it to be…. if you believe in something, and focus your entire thought processes on that something, then it will appear. One easy way to do this is simply by writing it down. Another is “say it out loud” like a mantra of sorts. Another way is to make a “Mind Movie” using your computer. What ever method you choose, if you think it hard enough and truly believe it, it will come.

Dear Matthew, you’re so right, whatever we believe is coming true. Thank you for that wise comment. The hardest part is to transform the subconscious mind so it honestly and truly believe in the nice things we want. But with daily practice and commitment it is done.

“It’s NOT healthy to oppress and neglect “negative” feelings..” - I so much agree with you on this. It’s like being untrue to yourself. Eventhough how negative you’re feeling, it’s as real as any positive emotion and the reason it’s there and feeling it, is of a reason.
If for example, you feel like crying out loud and burst out of your sadness, you can engage in it, but, for only a particular span of time. The important thing to know here is to NOT DWELL ON IT. Move on to a higher, positive level of emotion from it.

thank you for pointing this out. It is true and very essential before you can begin mastering the law of attraction. Most people have not learned how to do so. It’s a big difference between knowing and doing.
